Leroy Wyman, VP of Operations

With over 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain and being with 2NDGEAR since 2012, Leroy knows the ins and outs of the Tech Center and its processes.

He started as 2NDGEAR’s Director of Technical Operations for two years before becoming the General Manager for four years. Now as Vice President of Operations for both 2NDGEAR and its sister division, Red8, Leroy oversees all day-to-day operations of the organization – including strategic planning and goal setting for growth and future success.
